since our smart meter was installed 3 months ago, we have a seperate charge of 70.66 every bill. I have called sust. ser. twice and can't get a good answer, except its for wires and poles. I have talked with several people who have txu and don't have that charge."no one". so you are losing us as customers after 46 years in the same residence. please reply.
