“Stay away from Thrifty! Booked a car (paid deposit) - Thrifty would not allow me to take the car - as they required both my UK license and the paper counterpart (which no other company has ever asked for) - I only had the license with me - was not good enough. They have also refused to refund me my deposit. ”
