“My credit card had a second charge of $211 from Thrifty 5 days after the car had been returned. The car was cleared and paid for when it was dropped off. If I hadn't checked by credit card bill, I would have paid it. I have been trying to contact Thrifty only to remain on hold indefinitely. Fortunately, Discover is doing an investigation.”
