YESTERDAY RECEIVED LETTER FROM COLLECTIONS AGENCY...THEY TURNED US OVER TO COLLECTION AGENCY FOR 1. NOT RETURNING BOX (WE DID) AND 2. WE OWED THEM $6.00. SPENT 2 HOURS ON PHONE TODAY, TALKED TO 6 PEOPLE AND WAITING FOR RETURN CALL. SO MAD COULD SCREAM. ANY SUGGESTION.”
