“The Feb 13 tipster has it right on. I've been getting the same "high call volume" message. I did manage getting through to tech support one night approx 9:30; he messed around for awhile (I could hear some faint communication betw him and someone in the backgr); he finally said he would have to transfer my call to someone else, the result of which was the "high call volume" message again telling me to call another time. Coincidentally, the tech support dept closes at 9:45, so he closed my call exactly on time!
Tried again today and after pushing 1 twice, made the reactivation choice then at each prompt for a number just started hitting random buttons each time until I got a human; unfortunately a totally incomprehensible human with a heavy accent and a bad phone connection. If I didn't have $90 at stake I'd give up, but I can't afford to lost that much money.
How did Tracfone manage to get such a high rating in the Consumer Report magazine I received a short time ago???
