“All tech support is handled in India. I've struggled with them for 5 days to get a one of their phones activated and working, still no luck. Every call to tech support has me repeating the same steps with "Please wait 24 hours, and if the phone is not working please call us again." You can contact humans, just not humans capable of fixing more than a simple problem.”
