“I had booked a flight thru US Airways and had unusual service unfortunately. First issue was unable to bring my carry-on luggage aboard, had to physically take out my dvd player, dvds, and put them in a blanket and had it on my lap on flight 2135 Dec 23, 2011, where some of your personnel stated that could bring it on the plane and it would fit fine under seator over the overhead compartments, had black male told me couldn't bring it aboard and white male as well. Second, on my connecting flight US Airways 2306 the plane was short on fuel and had to stop by Las Vegas where they had to refuel up which caused a 2 Hour delay and caused me to miss my plans with my family and friends that evening. Third, one of the lavoratories was out of order b/c somebody apparently defacated in the sink, where they had 2 people in ppe attire and they hauled the feces off the plane while customers were still on the plane at the detour stop in Las Vegas. It caused long lines of customers to wait to use the lavoratory. Fourth, when I touched down in L.A.X. I noticed my check-in luggage was damaged( one of the wheels is broken) and that luggage cost me $80.00 + I need some sort of reasonable compensation for all my troubles and inconveniences as I had to tote my luggage awkwardly thru the whole trip.
