“My postman left me a slip saying that I had a piece of express mail and no one was home to receive it. Well there were 3 of us home and he didn't attempt to deliver. When I went to the post office to pick it up they couldn't find it because the postman didn't leave any numbers or other info on the slip. I called that 800# numerous times, was told someone would call me & email me. They didn't call me back until my 5th complaint. Needless to say that was almost 2 weeks ago and I still do not have a package and don't know who sent it! USPS is a joke! ”
