“My (United)connecting flight landed an hour late, the gate agent said, "run!" so I did. When I got to the departure gate, the gate agent wanted my boarding pass, which was in a United folder with itineraries and other air line papers. Since I had luggage in both hands, I gave the agent the folder, and said, "Take what you want." He said, "OK, give me your wallet too so I can take what I want from it." (Ha-Ha, very funny) I bolted down the jetway as the crew was reaching for the door, they let me on saying "go to your seat immediately." (good advice) I still had luggage in both hands, so to expedite my seating, I asked, "Where can I put this?" (expecting timely assistance) The nearest flight attendand said, "I would love to tell you where to put it. How about..." (and no help). Rude crews abound on United, especially the crews out of Chicago (it seems to me).
