“I wanted to compliment the excellent service of the Vanguard Concierge team at (800) 841-7999, particularly Jim, who worked doggedly to answer my questions (6/3/11, 12:30PM) and John W., who smoothly guided me through setting up an IRA and a rollover (6/3/11, 4:30-5:15PM). John assured me he'd work to take care of me, even if it meant overtime on a Friday. I thank him for his graciousness and unerring professionalism.
