“Spent two hours (and a series of five 800 numbers to attempt to change credit card information for automatic billing. At the end of that time with still no solution to my request, the office which the operator connected me to was closed because it was 3 minutes after 6 . Today they have no record of my calls. I am in tears and completely ready to report them to the better business bureau. ”
