“This is in response to "frustrated". I have had very quick response time when I call my state corporation commission. Verizon is not training people to repair copper phone lines and is investing all its resources in FIOS. I am in Virginia and live way out in the boonies. It is amazing how fast the service tech's get here when I call the SCC....”
