“thank's bunches I got one of those text that charge you $10 without telling you they put a block on my phone for those and gave me my money back I've been with verizon prepay for 6 to 8 years and never had a problem that they didn't try to fix right away.including phones.they usually will dropship you a new phone within 24 hours believe me I know. I know no one want's to hear this but Verizon always work everywhere my friend has an Iphone with ATT n he wishes he didn't it's sad when some one with a $400 ATT phone ask's to borrow your $20 verizon phone cause he can't get a signal.that say's it all”
