Been with VZW since they aquired Unicel. I have experienced great service, from bill resolution to tech support. Simply use 611. Tablets are wonderful, but they eat up the gigs. If changing your plan between billing periods to prevent overage charges, back date the change to the first day of the period. This prevents "pro-rated" billing which is harder to manage.
