My voicemail has been out for 3 weeks. They've told me it's a network problem. I've made phone calls and went to the store today. While I was there the rep told me someone else had been in earlier with the same problem. Another guy walked in asking about his voicemail. He said his had been out 4 weeks. The rep finally told me they didn't know when the problem would be fixed. This is horrible service I'm switching carriers. I heard Sprint roams on the Verizon network so I'm going to try them. Can't wait for Verizon to try and collect an early termination fee.
