I deleted auto pay as I just don't trust anyone with my personal information any more. When I deleted the auto pay my paperless billing was also deleted! Why???? What does one have to do with the other? This started a round of calls through their hellish automated system. When I finally got someone on the phone to help me he checked my account and said paperless billing was indeed cancelled and directed me to the website where I could "see for myself that it's been cancelled". Huh? Unbelievable.
