Vodafone Customer Service is the WORST ever. I tried to get a new connection and have spoken to 8 agents and 2 managers till now-7 days and still no sign of sim card getting activated. IMPOSSIBLE to get through without spending hours on the phone, and absolutely inefficient people on the other side
