“Vonage is a nightmare! Vonage is the most disreputable company I have ever known. I am a customer in good standing well beyond end of contract date, and my number is already ported away. I spent several hours getting Vonage to cancel my account and in spite of all their promises they sent me an email saying thanks for staying with Vonage. Their call center staff are the worst kind of liars and they will never close your account regardless of situation. Vonage is an utter disgrace. Avoid them like the plague. I can't tell you how bad my experience has been with them.
