Tip from another customer

The WORST customer service I ever had. Every time when I tried to call them I spent at least 40-60 min waiting time, after my car was repossessed for two missing payments. The second payment was delayed only 5 days after the due date . I needed to pay hundreds of dollars to cover all the fees ,and get my car back. Everytime when I call them they transfer me to different department and everyone promised to call me back and resolve my problem. Of course they never did. it is abusive treatment of the customer and bad profesionalism.
