“Do NOT use NextRX or you will regret it as a customer. This company's only interest is stealing money from customer's and helping the pharmaceutical companies make a profit. I was prescribed a generic prescription with a $0.00 copay. NextRX mailed the brand name medication and charged me $200. I have contacted customer service several times with no assistance. I even contacted them on the web and their response time is 48 hours however did not receive a response back until 5 days later. After the first 48 hours were up I contacted them again. They did not respond for another 5 days. NextRX has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Don M. replied to my request with my benefit information. He did not address any of my questions or concerns. This is the most ridiculous company I have ever seen. I continue to report their misconduct/theft until I get my money back!”
