“To Whom This May Concern:
I was with my 2 sisters at Zellers Square One on Oct 19/11 @ 7:45 P.M. bought some 3 boxes of Tide and we asked Pinky and Rachel, the sales clerks to do price match with No Frills. The flier clearly stated:"TIDE POWDER 63-80 LOADS W/ PICTURE SHOWING". Of course No Frills has no room to show ALL the variety of tides, they show one 2 pictures only, but it clearly gave a very good description which a grade 1 kid would understand! 63-80 loads! With very sharp eyes and no smile, Pinky called the supervisor Gloria. We told her that we would have gone to WALMART, no hassle they honor it right away!They can comprehend better english! We came to Zellers bec. of the HBC points only. She said that she work for Walmart too and that they won't honor it, which is a lie bec. it's a conplict of interest! She thinks we are stupid! We asked for the store manager, Pinky said that she is off that day. She called someone, she said that Paula will honor it today BUT NOT NEXT TIME! WE SAID THAT'S FINE BEC. WE WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! GLORIA and PINKY we have noticed ALWAYS have the same attitude! it is not from their pocket! Make customers happy and we will come shop again in this economic crises you shd value ALL customers. We are not trying to rip you off. I went to walmart on that Saturday to buy additional 2 boxes of tide, she just saw the flier, said nothing and honor it, she does not even to keep the flier, which just collecting more garbage.
Thank you. Please make sure that if we ever to shop @ Zellers again and do price match, associates will just GLADLY do it like WALLMART. No hassled, we are bringing sales into your store instead somewhere else.
