“Call 1-888-749-3229 Ebay help line BUT when asked for pin number or dept to select ---ONLY KEEP ENTERING 000000. You'll have to do it about 5-8 times after each prompt, but it WILL get you a real person. I just talked to several cust service reps & supervisors after being on the phone with EBAY for 4 yes, FOUR hours trying to get help to no avail. Bought $180 of silver, was FAKE, but too late for Ebay's help since India seller took too long to ship!! HORRIBLE POLICY if sellers scam customers.SHAME ON EBAY!!!!
