~Worst company ever!: Worst online customer service EVER!*I tried ordering online, it wouldn't go through so I called and placed over phone. Instead of rep putting in zip ***** he put *****. When I received email showing the wrong address I called back for it to be fixed. They said it was to late. They said they were sorry and it was completely their fault and I would for sure be refunded within *-* days. * days later I call to see what is going on because no money was returned and I never got an email or call stating what was going on like they promised would happen. When I called them * days later to see what the hold up was they said they coudn't help me, it was my fault, they listened to recording and 'I clearly' gave them the wrong address, when I asked to hear the recording they refused. I have been talking with UPS everyday to help me get my christmas order they have been more of a help then aeropostale ever will be! It is going on *-* weeks and still nothing. UPS says to call aero so we can all work
