~peggy bee: I asked why the number wasn't available on their website but didn't get much of an answer other than we just don't list it. She said she would put my suggestion in for consideration.

~peggy bee: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~peggy bee: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Amazon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~peggy bee: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Amazon customers?
~peggy bee: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Amazon to know who you are.
