~Becky: Answered quickly but service rep was no help, did not seem to understand simple question (how safe after sell by date if unopened), kept repeating "after you opened it," and putting me on hold while looking up info. I asked to be connected to someone else, they came on line in appx * minutes, answered question briskly (use before the sell by date),was eager to get off phone. Not horrible experience, but not pleasent either. But at least I have a phone number now that works unlike other past attemps.
