~Leo B: As a frequent traveler, I never used Expedia until recently, and it nearly ruined my trip for my mother's funeral. I couldn't believe it when I checked in for my return flight on December**, ****, Expedia put my return date to April **, ****! despite my having clearly indicated to the Expedia agent while booking the return date of Dec. **st. Just glad Cathay Pacific listened to my dilemma and gave me a seat without charges during a busy holiday season. Never booking with Expedia again.
