~Sent: Avista utilities is a best exaple of ruthless corporates who always have a firm muscle on the poors. No common sense in communication - just monetary oriented fat cats. In my repeated calls, they decline to check my electric bills which jumped from $ ** yearly average to *** for a one bedroom apartment. They threaten to shut down the sevice instead of addressing my request. They use any loophole to blame others (landlord's installation, weather...).
