GetHuman-342192: I have not been able to resolve a request for an automobile title despite calling over * times. Although I asked to speak with a manager who might be able to resolve issue, my request was never honored and I am still waiting for resolution after * weeks. My request for assistance posted on the bank facebook page was removed within ** seconds, with no response made and no assistance given. I am continuing to wait for assistance.
