GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's BN.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~dwilma: I first called BN.com's cust svc the Thursday I received an empty package (except for the receipt). Supposedly, they sent a replacement order that day, to arrive by Tues. By Thurs, I called again & was told they couldn't reship* the whse was out of the product. I called back the next day, and after a *** minute wait, finally talked to someone in the U.S. (rather than the Philippines) whom I could barely hear but who told me - after some technical issues - that another replacement order would be shipped. I'll never order from Barnes & Noble (online or in-store) again if I can avoid it.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting BN.com. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a BN.com problem?
~dwilma: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~dwilma: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about BN.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~dwilma: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other BN.com customers?
~dwilma: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for BN.com to know who you are.
