GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-gligirl: I am a frequent customer of Old Navy I bought the pixie pants in ankle length i wore them once an washed them and they shrank drastically. I had the receipt and tried to exchange them for a longer length and they told me that it was not the same exact item and I would have to pay the difference from the sale price I got to the original price they are now. Makes no sense they are the same in every way except length they were all the same dale price when i bought them and ate almost the same price now. I am vert unhappy with this service.
