~nomore boa: We are trying to close on a home and needed a statement regarding the renewal of our IRA. They refused to fax us something because we did not have a fax number on file. Tried to update that and they refused to do it. As a result of their unwillingness to help us we are now delayed on our closing with the vague promise of putting the statement in the mail. We are transferring our substantial deposits as soon as this is over. Hope it hurts their pocketbooks
