~Apollymi: I ordered a product on monday that was supposed to be shipped out to me over night. I was told the package would be recieved by me on that tuesday by * pm, it was a no show. The customer service rep I spoke to told me that UPS did NOT deliver or pick up on martin luther king day which was in fact a lie because UPS told me they're only closed * days out of the year. Worse customer service experience I've ever had. They flat out refused to refund me the money I paid for over night shipping, then told me I would have to wait until the package arrived (if ever) in order to send it back to them to get a refund. I would not recommend anyone using this website or buying anything from them. They're flat out liars and ripoffs. I have still not received the package and it's now going on * days for "over night shipping", with no delivery date in sight.
