GetHuman-269000: I was on hold after navigating the intro info entry stuff for about ** min, * times. Each time, I'd randomly get disconnected. When I finally got through the *th round of data entry to get to my "live" person, I had to tell her all of the same info I just punched in because the system didn't forward to her station. VERY frustrating. Took almost ** min with her to update my address.
