~JKB18347: My cable box keeps freezing, I finally got tired of it when the DVR would no longer work. After jumping through hoops I had to listen to Gerry talk down to me about being upset with the issue. The only way they solve any problem is sending out a tech to replace the cable box. You loose all of the shows or movies you have taped.This is their answer rather then fixing the cable that you pay out the a&S for! So sick of them.
