~bchkid: My ex husband had an account that I was not on. When I called BlueRidgeCommunications and tried to cancel his account and put it in my name I was told that I was not on the account and that I could not make any changes. If there were to be any changes on the account he would have to call. I seperated from him and went to the pocono summitt office and showed my lease and explained the situation. They confirmed that I was not on the account but if I signed the work order then I would be responsible for the account. It didn't make any sense bc when the cable man installed the cable,which took * hours, he told me I needed to sign the paperwork that shows he did the work and installed the cable. I'm not on the account but because I signed a work order form I. Become responsible!? Spoke to a John Mcgargel,sp? And I. Got no help. Even the customer service reps were confused bc it didn't make sense to them either..and I spoke to several different people. The service man told me if I didn't sig
