~VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER: Our fourth cable box in the last ** months has failed. blue ridge will not come out to replace it until FOUR days from now.*The box was intermittent twice over the last week, called service, they remote rebooted, told us nothing was wrong.*TERRIBLE service, they offered to credit our high def account $*.**, yes $*.** for the loss of four days of service !!*I'll be calling DISH on Monday..............
