~zat104: I have order a engagement ring from blue nile before, and have a horrible experience.**The shipping time of the ring should be *nd week that month.**But when I check my order status on the last ship date, it sudden postpone the shipping date for * days**This ring is going to be use in my vacation with my girlfriend, * day delay can destroy all my planning and schedule**And, there are never have a call or a email to notice me about this change until I call the customer services hot-line**I don't think that the delay is happen on the last ship day. As blue nile will not build the ring in last shipping date, RIGHT!?**Beside, when I call the customer service hot-line. No one can help to solve my problem or give me a reason, even thought a staff ask me to cancel my order to settle down.
