GetHuman-169079: Had questions about my pension. Transferred * times!!! Spoke with Natalie who was very unprofessional, curt, and insensitive. She rushed me off the phone under the pretense of transferring me. I ended up with her again and some how we got disconnected!!! Spoke with Janice. Very helpful and informative. Could have been a little friendlier. I guess I expect more because I was a Call Center Director for ** years and I know what the customers want and today I was a very unhappy one. After finally getting someone willing to take the time to explain the process to me I could only shake my head in disbelief. I can't believe that a company like Boeing has this dated process of updating records. I now have to send a letter, wait **-** days for a response with a password and then I can call back and ask questions! I'm afraid to call back after the poor service I had today!!!This entire call took ** minutes. Boeing,get into the game with customer service like you have done with your other departm
