~Anonymous: It's true however - they are not permitted to answer any specific questions...but will direct you to the best answer*number they know. I was looking to verify someone's employment. They would not verify for me...but willing to patch me through to that employee (proof one he works there) and then I asked him to connect me with his Manager. SO, be ready to ask a question that CAN be redirected to the right department. They did their best and they were friendly.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Boeing Company's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say three out of five.
