GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Boingo Wireless customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~SemiHuman: Boingo does not make it easy to cancel your account, but patience does pay off. There is no way to cancel your subscription on line, and the wait time was several minutes. When you call, be prepared to wait and be bombarded with recorded offers. Even the operators appear to be doing everything they can to dissuade you from cancelling. They won't even use the word "cancel". They instead put your account into "as needed status". However, the person I reached was able to cancel my account for me. If you ever log in again, billing will resume.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Boingo Wireless. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Boingo Wireless problem?
~SemiHuman: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~SemiHuman: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Boingo Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~SemiHuman: For that I would say five out of five.

~SemiHuman: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Boingo Wireless to know who you are.
