~corporation victim: The worst of the worst. Not the Filipino guy. He wasn't too bad, but I kept getting the same menu over and over. Actually it's easier to get a live person *-* Mon to Fri than to reach a live person at most big companies. Call ***-***-****. So where's the efficiency superiority of free enterprise?
