~jeanne scotland: the lady that I spoke with was patient and had the answer I needed. I couldn't get through on my computer...that service is useless! I spent and hour on the computer searching for boostmobile.com*telenav and got nowhere! This phone number got me through with * rings and was answered right then. Only a slight problem understanding her very heavy accent. If the price wasn't right I'd quit Boost
