~ROCHELLE: I have called them * times to find out the status of my order since when I try and find the status online I get nowhere. The first time I was told there was a ** minute wait..so I waited..got to ** minutes and they sent me directly to a voicemail. No chance to even talk to a person. Was pretty upset considering I just waited ** minutes to talk to a PERSON. Have left three messages with my name, phone number, and order number and no return call. Emailed the customer service email given on the website. Website says emails will be answered next business day. Never happened. I have no idea how to get a hold of anyone with boot barn. I'm just crossing my fingers my order comes. But they never sent me shipping information..so who knows...probably just out $*** cuz I would never be able to get a hold of someone for a refund either I'm sure.
