~BillieJean02: frustratation, they need to do a thousand times better. They had no problem taking my money, I should have the same respect having *a problem. When I say ** minutes, I am still on hold and business hours are over..will they finally take my call or disconnect. I am a frustrated person with *better things to do at dinner time. Who is the CEO or did they cut jobs with millions of customers waiting like me. Also I tried the call back feature..yeah right! useless. *Over * hour of my time wasted..If it takes this long who reads this review. I have been a customer for years..High quality products but it is time for me to find a competitor.
