~J: Gift receipt says "refund" within ** days & exchange or store credit within **. I'm ** days past purchase date - won't give a refund- Manager will not explain what "refund" means says its store policy to only give store credit. I don't want store credit. I'm within ** days - wording on receipt is explicit it says "refund" - manager then says he can't figure out the amount from gift recipt - (not believable) what is the purpose of a gift receipt, if I have to go back to the original purchaser for their receipt? A gift receipt was to keep both of us from being embarassed. The gift receipt is a written contract that says "refund" and I'm within the time
