~jeaninem77: I ordered a bed through Amazon.com which Brookstone was to fill. The bed was due to arrive today or in the next * days. When I could find nothing on the tracking number, I mailed CS this am...waiting response so I called got automated first(said my order number could not be found)called back and got rep who said "Hmmmm..not sure what is going on but looks like it is being looked into" and told it could be another week or more before I receive the bed that should be here... :(
