GetHuman-296139: * OF US WENT THERE ON A Sunday afternoon around ***pm-hardly anyone there.Staff was standing around watching TV.that sat us at a booth ,handed us a menu and said our waiter would be with us shortly.Soon the lights went down-could not even read the meus,waiter finally came ** minutes later-asked what we would like to order.Let him know it was too dark in there and I could not read the menu.He said the lights are on a timer per co.policy-could not do anything about it.Went to the window-looked at the menu.Came back and ask for a certain meal but requested to leave off spices because I have high blood pressure,He said no problem.** minutes later the meal came-it was burnt and very spicy hot.I complained to the waiter.He came back with a to go box and said here.I opened it and it was a chicken patty and a bun-laying seperately.I paid the bill but let him know I would not be back and that he could eat the to go box.Will never go there again.Told all my friends about this experience.This hap
