THEY RATHER HAVE NEW CUSTOMERS TO GIVE THE NICE PROMOTIONS TO GET NEW CUSTOMERS THEN GIVE ANY PROMOTIONS TO THE OUTSTANDING ON TIME CUSTOMER THEY HAVE NOW AFTER THE * YEAR PROMOTION YOU ,THEY JUMP YOUR BILL UP BYE ** DOLLARS TO ** DOLLARS A MONTH. AND WHEN YOU CALL THERE CUSTOMER CALL LINE ALL THEY SAY IS SORRY WE CAN NOT HELP YOU,WHAT YOU PAYING NOW IS WHAT YOU GET THEN WHEN YOU EXPLAIN TO THEM THE PROBLEMS YOU ARE HAVING WITH YOUR SERVICE YOU GET HUNG UP ON OR THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD TILL YOUR CALL DROPS.THEY ALSO WILL CALL YOU A FEMALE ON PURPOSE IF YOUR A MALE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE MONEY THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR SERVICE.IF I WAS YOU GO TO DISH AT LESS DISH WILL MAKE SURE YOUR SERVICE IS UP IM RUNNING AND YEA YOU WILL BE IN CONTRACT BUT THEY WONT UP YOUR BILL EVER CHANCE THEY CAN WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING! !!!
