GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's HealthCare.gov customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-livvjean: Checked into marketplace at the end of **** to GET A QUOTE! But they went ahead and applied for me to get medical AND dental through BCBS. Got a bill in a mail and called to cancel it (I have coverage through my work) and they tell me I can get penalized through my taxes for cancelling. What I don't understand is how they can penalize me when they submitted paperwork for a policy I did not want.**Just beware. Can't wait to do my taxes to see how they will ***** me over!

GetHuman-livvjean: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HealthCare.gov to know who you are.
