~not happy: Customer service was awful, no resolution to my missing shipment. Customer service rep did not speak fluent English, was breathing heavily into the phone and could not give any information or resolution to the situation. When asked if she would follow up she said she would not and this was all she was going to do - which was nothing. Nearly a month since I placed my order and still have no product or resolution.
